Immediate dentures

At Next Gen Dental, our immediate denture treatment includes an interim denture designed to support you during the healing phase after extractions. This denture is placed on the same day your teeth are removed, allowing you to maintain your smile and avoid being without teeth while your gums and jaw heal.

Because the shape of the gums changes significantly during the first few months after extractions, the interim denture is typically worn for approximately 3–6 months during the healing period.

Once healing has stabilised, we provide a brand new final denture, which is included as part of your treatment plan. This final denture is made using new impressions and measurements to ensure a more precise, comfortable, and long-term fit.

By creating a new denture after healing is complete, we are able to achieve better stability, improved comfort, and a more accurate fit compared to relying on the original immediate denture alone.
